A. Audio & Microphone Usage
V2TN requires access to your device's microphone to provide voice-to-text dictation. Audio input recorded via the microphone is processed solely in real-time to convert your speech into text notes. Audio recordings are handled ephemerally and are not saved, stored, or transmitted to our servers.B. Google Sheets Integration & Google User Data
If you choose to use the Google Sheets Sync feature, V2TN will request authorization to access your Google Sheets account via Google OAuth.Access & Use: We access your Google Sheets solely to create or update spreadsheets with your voice notes at your explicit direction.Storage & Sharing: We do not store, copy, sell, or share your Google Sheets data or account credentials on external servers. All authentication tokens are stored securely on your local device.Google API Compliance: V2TN's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.C. Log Data, Analytics & Advertising
The Service integrates third-party services (such as Google Play Services, AdMob, and Firebase) that may collect device identifiers, operating system information, performance analytics, and advertising IDs to serve ads and maintain app stability.2. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. All data transmitted between V2TN and third-party services (such as Google Sheets APIs) is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.3. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Voice to Text Notes (V2TN) by Range Tested Productions allows users to authenticate using Google OAuth to sync notes with Google Sheets.If you wish to request the deletion of your account connection or associated data, follow the steps below:How to Request Account & Data Deletion:
In-App Request: Open V2TN, navigate to Settings > Google Account, and tap "Disconnect Account & Delete Local Session Data."Web / Email Request: If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "V2TN Account Data Deletion Request" from the email address connected to your account.Revoke Google OAuth Access: You can manually revoke V2TN’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Security Settings.Data Handling & Retention:
Data Deleted Immediately: Upon receiving an account deletion request or disconnecting in-app, all local app configuration settings, locally stored authentication tokens, and cached user profile information are permanently deleted immediately from your device.Google Sheets Data: V2TN does not store your Google Sheets data on external Range Tested Productions servers. Your spreadsheets reside solely on your personal Google Drive. Disconnecting V2TN stops all future access to your Google Drive.Retained Data: We do not retain any personal data on our servers. Anonymous usage analytics or crash logs collected via third-party providers (like Google Firebase/AdMob) are retained according to Google's standard retention schedules (up to 14 months) solely for performance diagnostics and anti-fraud monitoring.6.
